The planned AI scheduling assistant runs the ordinary work and hands you the decisions that are genuinely yours.

Get your Private Workspace
Registering creates one Private Workspace with your Private Calendar. It is yours, and it is never public by default.

Public page, unlisted link, embed and API only, or fully private. Every calendar decides for itself.

Private and shared
One private calendar for you. As many workspaces as your work needs.
Your personal scheduling never mixes with a business you happen to work for. The Private Workspace stays personal and cannot be converted into a business workspace.

Exactly one per person, created automatically, containing your Private Calendar. Identity, security, preferences and attached billing accounts live in your account, separately from any workspace.

Public exposure is always an explicit choice, and turning a page off fails closed — no cached page, no preview, no availability leaking through metadata.

- No standalone public page. Booking runs through approved embeds, Bobby products or API clients.
- Private
- No public page, no public booking, no public API exposure.

Your Private Calendar holds focus blocks and personal appointments. Nothing is published, and no colleague inherits it.
Team
Collective stand-ups and round-robin intro calls balance across the people who are genuinely free, in their own time zones.
Service business
A colour appointment holds Iris, Chair 2 and the treatment room together. A full valet holds a bay for 90 minutes. Neither can be sold twice.
Bobby Circle
Club activities and event dates run on shared calendars with attendance, on the same availability engine.

AI-assisted scheduling is the long-term difference between Bobby Calendar and a booking-link generator. It is not live yet, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Am I free for a valet booking Friday afternoon?
Bay 1 is free 14:00–15:30 and bay 2 from 15:00. Friday is your busiest wash day, so I would keep 16:00 clear as buffer.
Book the 14:00 and tell the customer.
That slot takes a deposit. I have drafted the confirmation and held the bay — approve it and I will send it.

Versioned API
Scoped API keys and OAuth clients, service accounts, idempotent booking mutations and predictable resource models for calendars, availability, bookings and resources.
Signed webhooks
Signed delivery, retries with dead-letter handling, delivery logs and audit trails — so external systems can rely on booking state instead of polling for it.
Privacy
You are allowed to have no public calendar page at all
Bobby Calendar is not a social calendar. Your Private Calendar is private until you deliberately publish something, and a calendar can be booked purely through an embed or API with no public page in existence.
Private by default
No calendar becomes public automatically, including the Private Calendar created with your account.
Fails closed
Disabling a public page removes discovery, indexing, previews and cached exposure of your availability.
Separate contexts
Personal scheduling and workspace scheduling stay distinct, with their own rules, members and visibility.

FAQ
Straight answers, including the uncomfortable ones
- Is Bobby Calendar available today?
- No. This site is the first public design presentation of Bobby Calendar. Accounts, calendars, bookings, billing and integrations are not built yet, and nothing here can be purchased or signed up for.
- Is the AI assistant working?
- Not yet. AI-assisted scheduling and later natural-language control through Bobby Talk and MCP are planned differentiators. They are described here as direction, not as live features. When they arrive, the assistant will act only inside rules you authorise, and will ask you whenever policy, preference, payment or ambiguity requires a human decision.
- Will my personal calendar be public?
- No. Every person receives one Private Workspace containing their Private Calendar, and it is never public by default. Public exposure is always an explicit per-calendar choice: public, unlisted link, embed/API only, or fully private.
- How is it different from a meeting-link tool?
- Bobby Calendar is planned as scheduling infrastructure: personal scheduling, team and round-robin calendars, staff, rooms, chairs and wash bays, services, multi-location operations, embeds and an API — while staying simpler to understand than the tools it replaces.
- Who pays for a workspace?
- A workspace is planned to have one explicit billing mode: it pays with its own billing account, an authorised user's billing account is the payer, access is governed internally inside the Bobby Network, or no paid subscription is active. Changing the payer will affect future charges only.
- What counts as a paid seat?
- Only active members who manage availability or receive bookings. Reception, billing, auditor and read-only roles are not automatically counted as paid seats.
- Who operates Bobby Calendar?
- Bobby Calendar is a Bobby Network product operated by TorosRicos OÜ.
